CNC machined intercooler weld-on stubs. These connection stubs are perfect for any intercooler manufacturer looking for a simple solution for intercooler connections. No flaring and no pipe cutting needed, we have the optimal solution!

Features and Uses
– CNC machined weld-on stubs for a perfect seal with silicone connectors
– Welding ends are slightly thicker for easy welding

• Made from 6061 T6 Aluminum
• Inner diameter approx. 98,4mm
• Wall thickness 1.8mm

– Also well suited for aluminum pipe ends
– Will not be deformed when using T-bolt clamps for heavy-duty applications, unlike standard aluminum ends
– Offers 10-20% more internal surface area compared to standard cast end tanks
