BOOST Products ultralight Titanium pipes, bends, flexible joints and exhaust accessories are made of high quality Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium. Unlike other manufacturers, BOOST Products focuses on high quality (grade standard). Especially for titanium products in exhaust systems, it is absolutely necessary to use at least Grade 2 quality standard. Otherwise the durability is not given.

Due to its special material properties, titanium is an ideal material for the construction of exhaust systems, downpipes, water, oil or charge air pipes in motorsports. A very low weight combined with high strength allows the use of low material thicknesses, so that an exhaust system made of high-quality titanium components, for example, is extremely light and at the same time robust. This allows an enormous weight reduction in the exhaust area. It is not unusual for a complete titanium exhaust system to weigh less than 5kg.

BOOST Products titanium pipes are available in 0.85m length and the matching bends in 15°, 30°, 45° and 90°. Also available are various brackets and flex exhaust bellows in titanium. All tubes and bends have a wall thickness of 1.2mm.

Titanium grades:

• Titanium Grade 2 material is widely used for chemical as well as petrochemical apparatus engineering, medical technology and motor sports, and heat exchangers
• Titanium Grade 5 has the highest strength with the lowest ductility and is therefore widely used in aerospace, motorsports, marine environments and medical applications
